How do I turn the treadmill on and control it?

The walking pad is activated and controlled through the free PitPat app. Once paired, you can start and stop the belt, adjust speed between 0.6 and 3.8 MPH, and follow your session right from your phone.

How quiet is it really?

The motor runs at around 50dB — close to the level of a quiet conversation. Most people can comfortably take calls or focus while walking.

What's the maximum user weight?

The reinforced steel frame and 2.5HP motor support users up to 265 lbs for walking or light jogging.

Will it fit under my desk and store easily?

Yes. It measures 42.44 x 20.24 x 4.13 inches and weighs 41.8 lbs, with built-in wheels so you can tilt and roll it under a desk, bed, or sofa.

What speeds does it support?

Speed is adjustable from 0.6 to 3.8 MPH — a slow stroll through to a brisk walk or light jog.

Do I need to maintain it?

Maintenance is minimal. An integrated oil-refill port lets you top up motor lubrication to keep the belt running smoothly and extend the treadmill's lifespan.

What warranty and support come with it?

Every unit includes a 12-month warranty, with prompt email and phone support for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
