We ship every order promptly and send tracking by email as soon as your Understride is on its way. Most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch. Delivery timing can vary by location and carrier.

30-day returns

If your walking pad isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in resalable condition with the original packaging where possible. Contact us to start a return and we'll walk you through the next steps.

12-month warranty

Every unit is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't working as it should, reach out with your order details and we'll help with troubleshooting, service, or replacement as needed.
